GOSPEL CHOIR

Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises unto our King, sing praises. For our God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding. (Psalm 47:6,7) 

The Holy Name Gospel Choir is one of the true treasures of the parish. Through its inspirational music, the Choir enhances the liturgy at the 9:00 a.m. Family Mass on the first and third Sundays of every month and gives a highly visible sign of and spiritual base for the African American parishoners who are an integral part of the Holy Name family. 

The Choir is also a powerful evangelization tool. It praises God and ministers His love by singing the Gospel and spreading its message both inside and outside Church.
